"Mixed review - they had amazing customer service and the delivery was outstanding. Sofas, dining set and dresser were all very nice and comfy. However, the one most important piece - the bed - has been a problem from the start. We asked for our mattress to be replaced - it had a HUGE sag in the middle (and stains) - you'd just roll right into it whether you liked it or not. They were awesome about it and delivered an entirely new (pretty sure it's an innerspring) mattress very quickly. Unfortunately the new mattress ended up almost as uncomfortable as the last - it has already started to sag in the middle (it's been approx 3 months and I'm only 125 pounds) and I feel huge pressure points and wake up with back pain pretty much every morning. I own a trifold foam mattress I ordered for less than $150 on Amazon that feels more plush and supportive. All in all - I really appreciate their service and customer support and would use them again - but if you need a good nights rest - I'd suggest ordering your own mattress."

"It is a very serious company. When we arrived at the apartment tired from our trip from Madrid we found all the furniture perfectly assembled, the beds made, the towels and everything we needed to move in. This week we have finished our 5-month stay in the USA and once again, on the day and at the agreed time they were there to remove the furniture with total professionalism.
