"Visited on 11/07/2022 arrived around 5pm. Parked at Jim’s travel plaza and walked over there. Was greeted when I walked in. Was ask if he could help me with anything. I ask lots and lots of questions and he answered all my questions. Helped me out with some concerns. Gave me great advice. I will for sure return when in the area. Another customer walked in while I was there and he never left my side and he kept helping me. I was about done shopping and told him to help the next customer and he ask if I was sure. I said yes. He went helped them and promptly returned for any other assistance I needed. Highly recommend them. Very nice. Polite. Helpful."

"I bought the Smok fit kit online last week and was having issues with it. I brought it in and the guy working was so helpful. He returned the product with no issue and helped me pick out a new device the pulse pod system which I really like a lot. He was so knowledgeable and didn’t try to get me to buy the most expensive thing. I will definitely go back to this location."

"I don't know why all these reviews are so negative! This is one of the best vape shops I have ever been to! There staff is some of the most knowledgeable people. They all have answered my question and lead me in the direction possible. The fact that they all know the specs for most of there devices is amazing. The staff is also some of the nicest people I have ever meet. Out of all the times I have been there I have never witnessed any attitude towards a costumer. Even when some one comes in with out ID, or with someone who doesn't have it. BY THE WAY YOU NEED TO BE 18 TO BUY SOMETHING!!! Don't expect to get anything without VALID ID! Which I like because the place isn't flooded with kids. The juice and mod selection is amazing. And I understand there out of some things sometimes, they can't carry the exact thing you want all they time, but they always have suggestions of something equal to that or better.
