"The store is half the size that it used to be before the pandemic."

"The store looks like a tornado went shopping there. A review on here from last week said the same thing, and the store' reply said that they will fix it. Guess that didn't happen. Also, as I was checking out, the cashier insisted on harvesting my email and phone number, after multiple times of saying "no". Worst shopping experience ever. I even told the cashier that the store looks awful and they seemed to not care."

"The store in Cheektowaga is disgusting. Can't even get down the shoe area with a Cart. I watched an elderly man struggling to get through. I saw cobwebs and good amounts of dust, dirty floors, carpet not vacuumed. Just gross.."

"As many people have noted, Burlington used to be great (pre-pandemic?)... but now it's horrifying. Everything is everywhere. The beauty section was a disaster zone (other crazy zones in photos attached). Due to the mess it's impossible to find anything. But also, I think that the quality has gone down. There used to be more brand name clothing. It's also a health and safety issue. Slip, trip, get suffocated between women's dresses. I don't think I'll ever go back."

"The place was a disaster like an earthquake hit. Shelves with stock all over the floor, tables piled with everything, isles were jammed with cloths on hangers making difficult to get your cart through. we managed to find a few items but had the store been less cluttered and organized we may have bought more if we found it. I hope they get it back to what we remember, organized and neat."
