"This is one of our worst experiences at any Burger King ever. Location:Oswego Rd in Liverpool NY. We ordered 2 Whopper Meals and buns were stale, toppings were messy in wrapper and not on the burger itself and sandwiches were cold like they'd been sitting a longtime. Fries were hot and fresh. Very disappointed in our experience."

"I am a doordash driver and the Dr Pepper ran out these lazy employees did not want to change it. They said just ask them what else do they want after they said they were changing. I was mad so I left with the food because I don't want my customer's food to get cold. So I just decided to grab a sprite. Real quick and left with the customers. Full but Burger King, you guys need to get it together if there's anyone that doesn't want to do their job, just fire them. There's plenty of people wanting to work out here."

"I enjoy burger King. Their less expensive options are better than McDonald's, being that those two chains purpose in life is to be inexpensive. BK used to have a good app, but it seems they're the first to lose user experience... I have ordered ahead on the app at this store on my breaks at work, 3pm, but somehow even with saying "I'm here" 5 minutes ahead of time I still have to sit in the store and wait 10 minutes to get my food. Moe's can make a burrito to order faster than FAST FOOD can make a burger with a 5 minute head start. That is outrageous considering I paid and ordered ahead of time... I won't be relying on this location to supply me with food on my meal breaks anymore since they have made me late back to work multiple times, while other chains that are further could supply more consistently on time"

"i asked for bacon on my burger with zesty sauce. PAID FOR THEM. and DID NOT receive them. food is cold , and tastes like it’s been sitting out for hours. this happens every time i go here and it’s disgusting and unexeptable. especially when i have to wait 30 minutes to even receive the food. if i wait 30 minutes i expect my food to be fresh. i’m disappointed in this dirty place and will never be ordering from here again."
