"Came to this Dunkin 2/1/24 the guy at the drive thru, his headset seemed not to be working, not sure if he was intentionally trying to ignore me just because I was African decent. When I pulled up to the window I caught him counting multiple twenties at the register and shoving them into his pocket. I seriously hope he goes to jail after that reckless mess!"

"In regards to the drive through for Dunkin Donuts the guy has us waiting for over 30 minutes because his headset didn't seem to be working. Then i tried to use my points for a free medium coffee with a purchase through September and he told me I could not use it. So I had to travel a few miles down to a different Dunkin just to use it. I would never in my life, even if this was the only Dunkin in the world go back here"

"Woman that checked us out in the morning was nuts. Rude and nasty as hell and never even drank my coffee because it tasted like hot water. It’s like… I’m sorry you’re miserable at your job lady, I don’t like my job either but don’t take your attitude out on me and act like I’m inconveniencing you. Not going here again, it sucks."

"I stop here everyday on my way to work. So why the 1 ⭐? Well. It's horribly slow. Legit 4-5 cars in drive thru will cause a 20-25 min wait. I personally don't understand it. Are they understaffed? No clue. It's just unacceptable really, and I've started going to other locations, out of my way, cause it legit takes less time"

"12:30 Friday 08/20. I will make sure I don’t stop here again as it’s clearly a waste of time. They could not cook any food because food was “frozen”. I asked him what time they opened up he said 5 in the morning. Employees obviously are not doing their job. Bye bye that location never again"
