"Vapes are more expensive than most other shops in the Buff area. Encountered a very pushy little girl at the counter, had little knowledge of product and made me leave without considering the other things on my shopping list. Your better off finding an Oasis Smoke Shop."

"Bought a puffco proxy from this store ($300), took it home and tried to charge it, dead on arrival. Took it back the next day to have the owner call me 6 hours later and tell me the most he could do was print me a receipt and have me go through the return process even though it was never used. He didn’t even know the price he sold it for, (Saying it was $330 and making up a fake profit margin of $10.) and proceeded to accuse me of lying after saying, “Not to call you a liar but…” Shop is fine if you’re buying small things that can’t be broken, but DO NOT trust this shop to treat you well or be anything less than scummy if you buy something big and it doesn’t work out of the box. Stay away if you ever even think you’ll need to deal with anything requiring the owner as he is the most unprofessional actor I’ve ever met in the business."

"This place is a scam , they open your product and throw out the box so you can’t scan to verify if it’s real but I refused and kept my box , I bought a watermelon bubble gum elfbar and when I scanned it said this was verified 2 times and the flavor was disgusting i buy these everytime from a different location and the flavor is strong and full of taste but for some reason this time the flavor tasted different and weak , don’t let these people scam you take your box and verify your product they will not give you a refund."

"Very poor customer service. Went in today to get a watermelon elf bar when I was in the store it was very strange as they were trying to get rid of my box even before handing me the product or even asking. I got in the car and tried to scan the box to verify it and it said it was already scanned and no good so I tired it and it tasted worse then the one dead one I had, it tasted dead and burnt out already and I just bought it so I went back in the store to see what they could do to either replace it or get a refund and they told me there was nothing they could do being completely nasty saying they didn’t understand why the scan wasn’t working and the one worker tried to hit the elf bar I purchased but still wouldn’t give me a refund nor replace it one of them said I could talk to there boss and the other got mad and said no I couldn’t I don’t know what’s going on in there but there elf bars a used and disgusting"
