He actually told me to "fu**ing go somewhere else then" just because I mentioned the price of a product was quite expensive, but I wasn't rude in any way. He continued to curse at me as I walked out. I dont recommend this place to anyone. An edit: thankfully they got rid of the really rude employee, and ever since they have been a great store!"

"disrespectful service to both me and my girlfriend. employee seemed depressed to be there and hated his job. went in jun 28th at 8:30. I asked to see an expensive piece of glass and he harassed me and tried to make me feel bad for asking him to do his job. spent over $2k in this shop but unfortunately wont be back after this experience… edit: since my review was posted the owner looked into the incident. i have been told that the employee who was working has been fired since. not the companys fault this guy was a D bag. Shows commitment to customers"

"Went in with my birthday money as I broke my favorite glass piece on birthday. Dan was the best ever! I told him what i had and what i needed and I'm picky but his first choice for me after we spoke he found exact one.... and I love it Great price.... Great place that has the best setup in buffalo as i have been to all local and travel to west coast alot and this was a great west coast new great look feel to it. Definitely go, and Dan..thanks so much, great job"
