"I purchased several bedgear pillows a year and a half ago one of them is starting to wear on the outer cover I called to tell them I would like a replacement cover and was informed that the pillow had a one year warranty so there was nothing they could do but they felt that since the pillows were a year and a half old it was time for me to replace them my recommendation is do not buy this product I have never had to replace pillows after such a short period of time I would never buy bedgear pillows again in my opinion they are not a quality product"

"Used their online survey to pick the custom pillow for my bed/sleep style. The pillow that arrived is completely uncomfortable. I received and return instructions but have to pay the shipping to return. The shipping costs are 60% the cost of the pillow. Save your money and don’t get stuck with their products."

"I would never buy from this company again. I was told my mattress was protected if something spilled on it and it would be replaced along with the mattress protector. I filed a claim and because I don't know what the stain is or it may have been more than 5 day, I don't kno anyone who checks there bed under a protector every 5 days, my claim was denied. What a pathetic of a company. Never will I buy from them again."
