"truly great company that i couldn't recommend more highly. we needed a custom display board for last year's retreat and this worked beautifully. fast delivery, great price, excellent service"
"I've been a client of North Sculpture Company for tens years. Each time, I get really thoughtful service and a gorgeously made board"
"We just recieved our first standing bulletin board today, and we love it! It looks sharp, great quality construction, easy to put the frame and wheels on it. Just ordered more :-)"
"Rude. I ended up on their website from a google search for custom cork boards as our office was needing a particular size. The website is nice and easy to maneuver through. Upon deciding the product I would like to purchase, I went through a process that was similar to being "pre-approved", you have to make your order by typing out the description, type, size, quality etc (instead of just click to add to a cart), then wait on an email for an invoice to pay. The two pieces I wanted to order were $89 each but I received an invoice for $250. When I called to ask about why there was such a price difference, "Greg" was so rude. His whole attitude was very dismissive, like I was an imbecile for daring to ask why my order amount was so high. He proceeded to tell me in the most "obvious" tone that its not worth creating any orders less than $200. So without notifying me, they bumped up my order to the $200 minimum.. so okay, I asked even if my order was pushed up to the $200, where does the additional $50 come from. "umm, shipping. How to you expect us to ship something half way across the country?" After that, I just thanked him and hung up. But for real. The item is large(ish) but not huge or anything. Its 18"x20" and CORKBOARD, not thick wood... $50 is ridiculous just for shipping. But you know what, if I was spoken to like a human being instead of a dog, I might have went through with the order. Thank God I dont live in NYC if this is how people think they can treat others when they call with a question. Learn some customer service skills buddy, You will never get our business..."
"I sent North Sculpture an email for a quote for a velcro board. Instead of a quote I received an invoice with a message to send them my credit card information and they would ship out the materials. All I was looking for was a quote not an invoice so I ignored the emails. I received five more emails asking if I was still interested. I replied back that I was not. I immediately received an email asking me "why not". I replied, "none of your damn business". I received another from Greg email calling me an ass. I tried calling the company to complain to a supervisor and Greg answered the phone and commenced to calling me all sorts of vulgar names. Hope they don't treat all of their potential customers like this."
