"My credit wasn't the brst and they helped me in queens...the tall handsome guy was very helpful and professional..I was surprised when they called me in less than 3 days that they were out foe for delivery...awesome ..NO MORE SHIPPING...COURTS ALL THE WAY"
"Worst place to buy electronics. Warranty should cover for a year but telling me it don’t cover this and that. All promises. They give you the run around. I lost business for more that a month without compensating. Save your money. Don’t buy anything from courts."
"Great service BUT BEWARE! My mom & I went here to get a fridge that will be delivered to Jamaica (meaning all cost and delivery fees were included). Unfortunately, we ended up spending more than double for a fridge than we would have paid for in Jamaica! Which is the only reason why I am giving it three stars because if there are cheaper options (in land) we should have be advised/ told about it. Also, there was no mention about the 25% cancellation fee, until we actually wanted to cancel. HOWEVER, this information could have been found in the documents we were signing. But unfortunately we did not notice/ properly read the papers prior to signing. So that's a heads up, please people READ BEFORE YOU SIGN anything- obviously. Also, another recommendation, if you can, just double check prices/ options in jamaica before you chose to ship/ buy items from courts USA. More than likely they have cheaper options for the samee items without all the added fees. Overall, it was a frustrating process."
"Customer service from the lady was the worst, she was very unprofessional, she wasnt interested in helping me with my queries, I was referred by my sister, went looking for a sound system and she said we dont have that and that home theaters are what's using now, what they had was small and not what i wanted, went elsewhere and got something just as good. Never going back"
"I was recommended this store in Jamaica and then I recommend this store to my uncle .i went with him to buy the TV and we wore SO care full .When we came home my uncle installed TV the screen was broken and told use to come back in a week .when we went back they dare to say WE broke it and they not responsible. I understand there are bad people in this world that break things and take advantage of the stores. We wore not yelling or making a big scandal we spoke we came to an understanding you gave us hope we wore not asking for money back All we wanted was an other TV at least you could have gave use a small one but NO . WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. What you guys did was stell. we lost but you guys will lose way more."
