The simplest way to fix the copier/fax machine problem you're facing will be relayed, only if the error persists will a technician be dispatched. CFBT is on another league with respect to customer service. Highly recommend."

"BEWARE: If you are a business looking to lease a copier - DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY! Signed a new lease with Copier Fax at the end of existing lease of old machine. Copier Fax for 3 months could not fulfill the "new copier" lease that was agreed upon, so their leasing company DeLage Landen (DLL) has chosen to hold my business hostage with an automatic renewal clause for the "old copier" for 1 year. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES ON COPIER FAX AND LEASING COMPANY DLL."

"We bought the Docuware software to help our medical practice and it was anything but what they said. Long story short the software and system is not what they claim. We were charged $20,000+ and we are still paying and do not have a workable software. I would never recommend this package.
