"I usually have a great experience here. I love the friendly greeting when you enter the store - usually. It’s because of this, that I sent my daughter and her friends in on New Year’s Eve. Unfortunately, their experience was very different. As soon as they walked in, they were barked at, “Just so you know - I’ll be IDing every one of you.” She had already judged and found them lacking. I’m not disputing the need to ID the three - but I think she went about it wrong. They were uncomfortable and she went on to stare at them after they refused her assistance. They called me to ask if they should leave. Of course, I said to leave immediately. I was so disappointed for them that I went to the store to inform them of their mistake. Needless to say, they have lost my girls’ business as well as mine. That’s unfortunate - because until yesterday - this was my preferred local store. Do better!"
