"This Consumer's has the best customer service. My Mom is in her 80s and whenever she goes in there Shawn (manager) and Andy, see her and immediately grab her favorite beverage and meet her at the register. Then without even asking they walk out to the car with her purchase and load it into the car. I know Consumer's prides itself on customer service and they both always go above and beyond!"

"Went in asking for a product I was told they carried, a nice young man walked me to the area where it should of been, he says we must be out. He asked his co-worker if they had the product and not once but twice he said we don't have that anymore. I feel this guy was really rude.. I won't be going back here for sure.."

"I have been going to this particular consumers since the early 80’s and because of the experience I had with the manager I will not go there again AND will pass it along to my friends and family . As I was in line the gentleman that was behind me paid for my order(2 bottles of Pepsi) we are in the beginning of a snow storm so while I was getting ready to pull out of the parking lot the manager came out irate telling me to get out of there that I was there for 45 mins go park and use my phone at my job(I was in my company van) he was on something or he has serios anger issues that HE NEEDS HELP WITH. I am a big guy heavily heavily tattooed so if he approached me like that I could just imagine how he acts to elders woman ect…. I could have easily handled it in a different way but I bit my tongue and decided to call corporate and I will not stop until he is dealt with .He was so crazed out that I am sitting in my truck at my house debating if I want to go to the Cheektowaga police department and file a harassment complaint on him his name is Shawn Wintuki .. anyways it’s to bad consumers you lost a good dedicated customer because of your very poor management !!!!!"

"EDIT A LOT HAS CHANGED. I do not recommend going to this location. Two of the employees are absolutely horrible. I had two run ins with them, the second run-in they said nasty things about me in front of my child and multiple customers and then when they gave me my receipt they said happy Hanukkah for some reason even though it was July and we were obviously having an argument and I was obviously upset. I've never experienced such horrible customer service in in all of my life and I am taking away this review and putting it to one star. Nice group of people with all your beer and malt based beverages on point. Lots of cooler space means you can always get something ice cold. There's also a ton of mixers. Other local experience locations in this chain offer growler filling stations! Check them out!"

"Came here on a Saturday evening to buy a 24 pack of Seagram's that I saw in a sales ad. Once I got there one the the workers went into the back cooler, brought it out for me and loaded it in my car, no problem. I went home and filled out the rebate online which was quick and easy. For the price it was well worth it! They also take bottle returns."
