"Took my goldendoodle in and he came out looking like a poodle with bald spots. The cut was horribly uneven and he has patches that are almost down to the skin. They put our custom leash in the cage with a month old dog and now we have to get a new leash. On top of this, we called to let her know about the leash and how we felt with the haircut and she became nasty. Avoid them at all cost."
"Will NEVER take my dog here again!! Not only did she have to be dragged into the back to be groomed but one time I picked here up and her paw was bleeding from having her nails cut too short! She bled for half an hour and her paw was bruised!"
