"I checked with home depot, pok branch, to make sure they have the black mulch that I needed to finish the job I started back in spring. They have 30 bags in store but when I got there, they didn't have any. They sent me to the Kingston branch but I hesitate to drive there for the same thing might happen to me again. I have dealt with better service than this."

"Stood in line in the garden section to get ask for help getting some mulch. Women had me pay for the mulch and said she would call for help loading. 20 min later no help in sight! Asked for a refund, but she couldn't do it. Finally called her manager who instead of helping me load mulch gave me a refund. Bought the mulch at ShopRite (next door) for 60 cents a bag less and someone immediately walked out of the store with me to load it and was super happy to help me."
