"GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IM BEGGING YOU! In total it took Wren 2 months to complete our kitchen. One of those months we were without a functioning kitchen, which was a huge and expensive inconvenience. There were multiple items missing or items that were just incorrect sizes from multiple deliveries that we got from them. We had to call them about 20-25 times in order to straighten out THEIR mistakes. Terrible/nonexistent communication between the installers and customer service. I understand that remodeling a kitchen is a big job, but this company is just a complete mess that makes mistake after mistake. One positive would be that the actual cabinets and countertop we bought seem to be well made and the kitchen looks great now that it is finally complete. But please, get your kitchen elsewhere!!! Edit: Added one star since Wren ended up giving us $500 for our troubles after emailing with their resolution team. We definitely appreciated this as most companies would not have done that. I still wouldn’t recommend Wren, but at least they tried to make things right."

"If there were an option for zero stars, this company and this store would get it. I waited through 4 separate delivery windows and two countertop installation windows. The first time, half my order came. The second time Wren rescheduled my order without informing me. The third time, the rest of my cabinets came with NO doors, which are supposed to be installed on the cabinets. The fourth time I received the doors with no credit for the door installation that I now needed and no apology. I spoke to one helpful person at the corporate office, who subsequently ghosted me after my cabinets finally came, but without doors. On top of this, they don't notify you at the store that the counter top installation must be handled separately, and therefore you have another two windows to schedule with those installers. The sales associates at the store come across as kind when they need to sell you your product, but if you have an issue, no one is helpful. In fact they are outright rude, especially the management team. I've neither received an apology for the way this was handled nor a reimbursement for the thousands of dollars I lost between paying my installer to come out multiple times, paying him for the extra work Wren created, and for the hours I lost at work waiting for my delivery. Their cabinets are actually very good, but for the service I received, their complete lack of accountability, and their rude sales associates, you could not pay me to buy another kitchen from them. There are wholesalers who can match price and quality with way better service. Remember I warned you."

"Terrible company! If negative stars were an option, I'd give them. My family has dealt with Wren, and the experience has been ongoing. We initially ordered a kitchen in GLOSS, but my parents received Matte. Switching to gloss was difficult, with many broken and missing parts. When we requested the missing parts, they scheduled matte finish designs. Despite ordering gloss, they claimed they couldn't deliver it. Heading to the location today to resolve this issue. We paid for gloss, and if a resolution isn't found by tomorrow, we'll report them to the FTC for their unacceptable business practices."
