"This is the biggest scam company ever. A few customers warned me but I didnt beleive it at first . DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY !!! I delt with Jay at firstb and then when he made 30 mistakes on my cabinets then the owner. Both full of lies and a bunch of crooks lied to me about pricing then changed pricing then never delivered what was promised then 30 times jay kept saying dont worry dont worry and finially they just avoided picking up the phone when I went down to the office they accted like they didnt know anything . just be safe DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. JAY AND THE OWNER ARE LIARS."

"Excellent experience all around. I dealt with Jay who was wonderful. I had 0 issues. They came and measured my kitchen and we went and picked everything out within a few hours. Jay was so easy to work with and designed our kitchen right in front of us. Price was beyond amazing. Everything came two weeks later and it was installed just as easily. Minor scheduling issues that you can have with anybody and I say very minor. I don’t honestly understand some of these negative reviews. Between you and me I just suspect difficult customers that complain about everything."

"We had a very good experience, we walked in looking for countertops. Jason, the sales person we worked with, showed us exactly what we wanted. He was responsive whenever I had a question and when I asked to also give us a quote for out master bathroom niche, stone for the windows and the door saddle everything was done super fast and for a fraction of what Artistic Tile was charging for those pieces."

"After weeks of getting estimates, planning, cancelled meetings, greedy contractors, last minute price changes and much frustration... I walked into Desire Kitchens and was greeted by Vanessa. Immediately, I got of feeling relief! Vanessa sat down with me to go over the kitchen cabinets and countertop options. This was a no pressure sale and was Vanessa very creative to suggest subtle changes that would maximize usage of the limited kitchen space we had. We agreed on a price that I felt was fair and left my deposit to order the kitchen cabinets and countertop. She was in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. From last minute changes we had requested to something as tiny in the choice in handles we chose to go with. The positive experience continued when Bruce came to install the cabinets with his helper. They were professional and also very patient with me as I was asking questions throughout the installation. The cabinets and countertops came out flawless. I don’t think many installers could do a job as well as Bruce and his helper did. The crown molding came out PERFECT!! Everything lined up great and there were no gaps between the cabinets! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to install kitchen cabinets and countertops. My mother is going to redo her kitchen soon and she will be dealing with Vanessa at Desire Kitchens!!
