"They seen my niece for an emergency with no problem, i took her back & now their discriminating on me because we arent the same color. They never asked for guardianship no nothing and she is on my insurance, she is 15, lives with me and by law able to take care of her medical herself.. but now they wont do nothing... watch these people."

"It is the best Family Health Center I ever was a part of . They are really concerned about you and your problems, they check on you after you had been seen by anybody in that Heath Center. But most of all is their NYU App , is the best , I mean you have to check them out for yourself. I was apart of many Hospitals and Health Centers in my life and I tell you the truth, honestly there are no Hospital or Family Health Center that can compare to NYU / Flatbush Family Health Center . I give it a 1000 + percent."

"I always loved the clinic, but yesterday I experienced something that made me love it even more. The staff is very considerate especially Francine Derose. Yesterday, I visited the clinic because Sunrise lab were unable to draw blood on my 15 months old son. It’s a long story people, but Francine Derose , Renae Celestine & Sharay Chambers came and gathered the blood of my son. These three women liked their jobs and the know what they doing. Personally, I want them to t draw blood on myself and my two kids as well. You guys deserve more than 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️. Well done ladies keep up the great work and may God continue to Blessed you and the rest of the staff."

"This is my daughter's doctor's office. The reason for my three stars is that this office never seems to return your calls ever!!! Leave messages multiple times for dental and the doctor's office crickets and no one ever answers this phone when you call always ringing off the hook very frustrating. They need to do better for the patients that comes their for service!!"

"I come here to see the dentist and each dentist I've seen is super sweet, professional, and great with doing fillings! Hygienists are super nice and gentle. X-ray technicians are super friendly and sweet and make sure I'm comfortable with the bite plate. The one thing I hate is coming back for each individual thing we need to do multiple times (one visit for a dentist to xray and check, another visit for a cleaning, another for a filling) but that's more an issue with my insurance than the office itself. Making appointments is also more seamless than it used to be, so thank you for listening to feedback and making it easier to get in touch with the front desk!"
