"The folks there working was a lot more friendly and polite when the place first open. Now they treat you like nothing if you’re not a female or a member of their race. I work in retail before and I understand customer services jobs are tough but I really don't need much service. I am just there to drop off my prepaid packages. Ups need to get with the times and just install the drop off machine box with receipt printing like USPS and FedEx so I can drop off my package without the attitude/effort and interaction with employees. There are only two counters, if the people there don’t feel like helping customers scan stuff, they will just let you wait. They don’t care if there are continuous customer coming in. They take their time. You can wait and stare at them while they stack supplies in slow motion, watch tv, and chit chat. I probably won't be coming to this UPS store anytime soon. I will try to go to the one at Centre street."
