"Is this a five star hotel? No it is not. It is also not priced like a five star hotel and is a Great value for what it is- A stylish affordable Ian Schager hotel that playfully nods to Pier Mondrian’s works, and is equipped with well thought out amenities like a magnifying makeup mirror that you usually only see at luxury hotels along with 12pm check out. The bellman were really helpful and we enjoyed our stay overall."

"First time in New York and I found a perfect hotel during Christmas time. Great location with Subway close to walk. Very specious room for a King Room Accessible, very clean rooms also suprisely quiet during the night. Felt very safe during all my stay for 10 days as a solo traveler. Staff very nice and kind. Breakfast is great with coffee and orange juice and plenty of food: cereals, croissants, donuts, yogurts, nutella, peanut butter, jams... They also ask me if I need a cab during my check out. I did book cab to go back to airport and the cab arrive in time. In a word I will come back next time."

"We are currently staying. Breakfast is included from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. Today, Thanksgiving day, at 9:15 am, more than an hour before 10:30 am, there were practically nothing left, only toast, no eggs, no hot Milk nothing. They had removed mostly everything and left nothing for the clients. I have been in many hotels and have never seen this behaviour before. I understand is Thanksgiving and they all want to go home early, but this is unacceptable. They just needed to heat the food and that's it. Many clients came after and you could see their surprised faces. Most of them or none will not complain, that's why these things happen."

"Spent $500 for the “ King balcony suite”. It is the size of a dorm room. Dirty, no closet, not even a chair in the room. Not even enough space to open up your luggage. No drawers. No dresser. Leaving tomorrow morning to go to a better hotel. Do not recommend staying here. Also takes about 10 minutes for the shower to get Luke warm. Same as the sink. Never gets hot. The AC/heater does not function properly. I have it on 78 and it’s blowing out out cold air. I think giving two stars to this hotel is extremely generous."

"Our stay at this hotel in the heart of New York City was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided outstanding service, making us feel right at home. All the staff was very attentive, especially for those of us traveling with kids. The suite was beautiful, and the hotel's location couldn't have been better. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, including the Empire State Building, Madison Square Park, metro stations and excellent dining options. In summary, this hotel offers a prime location, excellent service, and beautiful accommodations. We can't wait to return for another memorable experience. Highly recommended!"
