"Dr. David's office is the busiest and most patient group of people, and Dr. David is just the nicest doctor to have when you are not feeling your best. His positive, upbeat manner and smile makes you feel better already. I couldn't go out for many MONTHS due to swollen eye problem, and no one called upset I couldn't come in for so long. I view the busyness as a positive because everyone is BUSY doing their best for the patients, and there may be some days when lots of people are there but it shows we all feel it's worth the wait. It's a learning/teaching environment also, so needed with the shortages in medical people these days. I appreciate everyone there."

"I have dealt with many drs over the years and can confidently say that Dr. David goes above and beyond for his patients. He makes his patients feel like they are family. He actually listens and gets to know you. I would recommend him without hesitation. As for having to wait on hold, the length of time waiting is nothing compared to other practices."

"Calling / scheduling an appointment here is basically like calling Alibaba customer support line (impossible). For one, I spent the better part of an hour calling and hoping the lady at the front desk would not put me on hold just to hang up after 20 minutes. I have already waited 3 months for an appointment which I unfortunately missed just to be told the next available appointment is 4 more months away... PSA - Based on the other negative reviews which mentioned the staff I would strongly recommend hiring someone who can manage the phones a bit more professionally."

"We have called three times and left a message for the medicine to be refilled. After 5 days it was still not at the pharmacy. Medical service is not only about the doctor but his office and his staff. Dr David should seriously consider replacing his staff with knowledgeable people."

"I enjoyed having Dr David as my physician but there are just too many issues with the practice. Every time I go there, I always have to wait 30-45 minutes past my scheduled time for an appointment. I have been rescheduled on my appointments several times. Recently I set up a typical physical which they scheduled me out 3 months as the soonest availability. Now they’ve told me that they need to reschedule and need to push it out another two months. As mentioned, I like Dr David as a physician but i can’t deal with the inconsistency and lack of organization so will be going elsewhere"
