"The receptionist staff at this location were nasty not only to me but to each other at the time I was checking in. I could not believe the way they were talking to each other and about each other while patients were right there. It’s embarassing. I was seated at Rachel’s area and she got up to (unprofessionally) discuss another patient who was in the waiting room. I’m an elderly fellah myself and I felt the receptionists were judging me for not being as quick as I used to be to fill out the paperwork and provide my documents. I’ve been to the Saratoga office a few weeks ago for a different scan and the staff there were so kind. It was a much better atmosphere. The Albany office will not be getting my business until something is done to train their staff about professionalism."

"The staff is really amazing - I was very impressed by their patience. I had Bonnie and a Bill and I definitely tested their patience ;). I often times struggle with claustrophobia and they did everything within their power to make me comfortable and explained everything to me so carefully and put my mind to ease. These people are angels. Bonnie even stayed in the room with me while I got my MRI done just so I would not be scared. They were my cheerleaders. The machine itself is also very accommodating to those that struggle with claustrophobia because of the open sides. Bill would give me a warning how long each test would last and talked me through the entire thing and really talked me down a lot. At the end I received a disc with the mri images. In the future I will only come here !!! Thank you Bill and Bonnie !!!"

"Couldn't be any happier with my second experience. I will admit that even though it's an open MRI, I still felt claustrophobic the first time and had to reschedule. The technician said that with valium on the second visit, he was sure I'd be ok. I have to say he was absolutely correct. No problems whatsoever the second time around. The medication made me feel calm and relaxed. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future should I need to and I highly recommend!!"
