"Let me preface by saying that, having worked in customer service, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. That being said, this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Was casted completely incorrectly; I was casted without considering my drop foot and there was no consideration to how my door leans. This caused my foot develop calluses and disgusting sores on my foot by rubbing on my brace. Looking to correct my brace’s lean, I asked for assistance by coming in to the shop. The manager I was dealing with was completely offended and aggressive regarding my, in his eyes, a bad boot. Totally tried to place the blame on me. Ended up going to orthopedic specialist how gave me exactly what I needed. I will never recommend people visit this place that destroyed my foot."
