"This has to be the worst Quest location in all of WNY. Came in for an appointment at 1:10PM. Waiting room was full of people and reeked of cigs, assuming due to the tobacco shop next door. Checked the TV with times/names of people who have already checked in and there were numerous people who had appointments an entire hour prior and STILL hadn't been seen. What the hell is wrong with this place? It's been consistently awful for years now. How is it even still open? Picture w/ timestamp for proof attached. What's the point of an appointment when you're waiting over an hour for simple bloodwork? This isn't neurosurgery. This place needs to close up shop"

"worst lab experience i have ever had. i have had blood work done MANY times & i’ve never had it be so painful as it was here. the second i walked in the building i was uncomfortable. the building stunk like cigarettes, the nurses were extremely rude. the lady doing my lab work was very rough & in a hurry. & for simple blood work. & while she was taking my blood she & her coworker were talking rudely about the other people in the waiting room because they were frustrated that they actually had to do their job. & i will add that i DID make an appointment, i was not a walk-in. will NEVER be making appointments here again. go down the road a little to the other one. 10x better"

"Make an appointment. Seems like all the bad reviews are from walkins not being seen in a timely fashion. It is SUPER easy to make an apt on their website. Yea the waiting room isn’t great but there’s the option to wait in your car and have them txt you which I really liked. My appointment was at 11:30, I checked in at the kiosk, was able to go back to my car and wait a few minutes then got my text to come back in. Was done and out by 11:50 and the person doing my bloodwork was friendly. No complaints from me just plan ahead and you’ll be fine!"

"Waiting room smells horrible. The upgrades they made make it worse for walk ins. I have been going there for over a decade as a walk in and since their system and waiting room updates, I have waited longer and been turned away multiple times. I just waited over an hour and the people just kept piling up and about 40 mins before close they basically implied we should all leave. We all waited because it seemed like they would at least take a few of us and we didn't know who would be next. They took 2 drop offs and 1 appt that later came in and no one else that was there. In 40 mins. Sent us all away. It was quite obvious they knew they didn't have to work harder and would face no repercussions from sending us all away. I drove directly to the south gate plaza location and they took me in 15 minutes and the worker was super nice."
