"Do not go here. Extremely unprofessional and DIRTY! First appointment we ever took the kids too Dr John made political comments/statements which is absolutely unprofessional. I'm here for medical care nothing else. Also every single time we took our children here they left SICK. This office does NOT clean or sterilize anything at all. Lastly, Dr Darlene failed to diagnose and recognize MULTIPLE FRACTURES and A BIRTH DEFECT that both of my beautiful identical twin daughters have. She had three appointments to do so and failed miserably everytime. My family is now being torn apart and destroyed by "child abuse" accusations from CPS. This system is truly evil and does NOT care at all about children or the truth and Dr Darlene is complicit in this. Had Dr Darlene caught these obvious signs we wouldn't be in this situation fighting for our lives and children's lives. Shame on them and shame on the system as a whole for lack of empathy and justice. Pray for us please. Horrible horrible horrible."

"Since I've moved from Brooklyn, NY in 2019 I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Kasuba. My three kids all have autism and she has been very patient with us filling out frequent forms and giving recommendations that help my kids. I am thankful for her support!"

"This is the most unprofessional and uncaring practice I’ve ever experienced. The doctors here, lack empathy. This is the second time I brought my son to an appointment with his pediatrician, and they said everything was fine and just prescribed him ibuprofen! Didn’t even listen to his breathing. We ended up going to the ER couple hours later to be diagnosed with something 10 times worse. The ER asked how didn’t the doctor see his breathing and why was he only prescribed ibuprofen for something he needed steroids for… my son was put on a breathing Machine and steroids. This physicians office did not catch it. This is the second time i feel like they did nothing to help and this is the second time they’ve been lazy with care. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"

"I went here as a child and then brought my children here for years. We left only because I became employed as a LPN at a different pediatrician office and it was super convenient (as a single mother in RN school) to have my children taken care of in a quick manner where I was employed. Since I left that office and have been working in NICU, I decided I wanted to come back. They said their policy would not allow this. I explained that was understandable however we did not leave for any other reason than stated above. The office manager almost seemed relieved and voice turned joyful. :) She said she would talk to providers and call me back. After a couple days she informed me that they said no. No other reason than no. It’s their choice but it’s disappointing that no explanation was privately given and no sympathy given. Two stars for lack of compassion, sympathy and unwillingness to understand/compromise. I remember Dr John being wonderful when we saw him. I typically only write positive reviews unless I feel strongly about the way I’m treated. But…. It must be meant-to-be that we are not there."
