"Dr. Amy Burke believes that taking the antibiotic Bactrim for 8 consecutive years due to the negligence of my past physicians is NOT the causal mechanism behind my development of Crohn’s disease, arthritis, fibromyalgia, depression, and renal cysts all within a 2 year timeframe. Rather, she hypothesizes that simply having a poor diet could have caused these things. Amy Burke is extremely ignorant towards the immune system and how it functions and is NOT a serious medical professional. I would recommend going to literally any doctor other than her on planet earth. Furthermore, without hearing the finer details about my medical history, she then BLAMED ME for taking the antibiotic for as long as I did, saying it was my choice. In a funny way, she simultaneously says that it was bad and I should not have taken the antibiotic for as long as I did while then turning right around and saying that it did not cause these ailments. I cannot begin to explain to you the mental anguish and guilt I’ve felt over the past 10 years from my experience and how long it took me to get over it through therapy only for Dr. Burke to coldly accuse me of being responsible for my situation. She is a pathetic excuse for a doctor and should not be practicing medicine."

"This Dr.'s Office is the most Unprofessional, Disrespectful, Uncompassionate Dr I have ever been to. To Disregard a Patient for Voicing a concern about having to go in the office when I'm in Pain and just need a slip for an MRI is uncalled for. I have never missed appointments go twice a Year and more if needed and this is how You treat People. I never even got a chance to speak with the Dr. Or PA. I should of atleast got to speak with the Dr Herself. She sits in Her office and let's everyone else do the work Disrespectful"

"We left a pediatrician after only 6 months because of issues, Dr. Burke & her staff have been a breathe of fresh air after euch a terrible experience. They are all so good with my kids, they have also been great with me as a patient. I’m so pleased with the practice. I can’t sing Dr. Burke, PA Jamie, and NP Kayleigh’s the praises enough.They’re all fantastic!"

"They are nice and all but the rescheduling/ canceled fee is a killer. Life happens I don't feel I should have to pay a fee for an appointment in the late afternoon I'm calling about when it's 10am. For example I'm a broke joke and just lost my car keys going on 2 days now but because I can't make the appointment I'm gonna be charged. Let me start walking now to avoid the fee."

"I am only giving this office 1 star because the receptionists are great. The Dr and PA's are very much worthless. I was with this office for 5 years and NEVER saw the actual Dr. I only ever saw the PA's and RN's. I was the one who saw that my thyroid levels were horrible and needed to be put on medication for this. They never saw it. I was in need for FMLA for work due to my bad back and the pain i have been going through for a very long time and the Dr, who I had never seen filled out the paperwork for it. She gave me time for PT and no real time off which is one thing I have needed due to the work I do and the pain I have endured for years. I asked for a full thyroid panel to be checked because my levels are rising despite being on medication they denied me. I asked for a hormone level to be done they denied me. I recently asked to be placed on different anti depressants and was never told of the side effects of coming off the current ones. I had to reschedule an appt due to work and received 3 phone calls to reschedule the most recent appt to a time that I already had another appt on and told them this. I needed this last appt for my mental health and to get on a new medication and their only concern was the BILLS game and traffic. I told them when I called them back I NEEDED this appt and they still only cared about the game and traffic. I told them I would be looking for another Primary and they call 2 days later (today) to schedule another appt. Again I stated I would be looking for a new Dr. This is ridiculous and I would not recommend ever going to this place for anything. Find someone better and who actually cares about you and your health."
