"I would put 0 stars if I could. Not from around here & just stopped in to add cash to my account. I was waiting in what appeared to be the line until the very rude female teller started yelling at me to get out of the customers way & wait where I should; I said I thought the line started here, I'm from out of town, I don't see a sign anywhere. She says "over by the ropes" where a manager is standing & talking to a customer. THE CUSTOMER has the nerve to tell me "stand right there" after he moves out of what was apparently the "line" & the manager ignores the entire situation. This is uncalled for. Won't EVER be back & if this type of service is consistent with Citizens employees you will lose a member of over 10yrs."
"Robert at the tops location is the best!! Always friendly always willing to help and go the extra mile to make everything easy and smooth for the customer! His staff are also very friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to deal with them!"
"Young woman at the counter was incredibly rude. No greeting, did not speak up, rudely corrected me when i couldnt hear her because she was mumbling. Gave no "thank you", no "have a nice day". I won't go back to this branch except to use the ATM..."
