"This is somewhat of a different review because due to incoming blizzard and travel bans we were not able to make it. I wanted to acknowledge Cheryl and J.T for their continued patience in dealing with 3 separate room changes from day to day. They were juggling power outages, several guests cancelations and were kind well before travel plans were interrupted. Communication, and kindness go a long way. We hope to stay with them in the future."

"Great location. It's close to several resteraunts, malls and other shopping. It was easy to find, and there was no problem parking. Very clean. Amazing staff, everyone was very nice and helpful. The breakfast had a lot to choose from and very good. We will stay here again."

"The almost 5 star overall rating is deceiving. This hotel was a huge disappointment unfortunately. Filthy bathroom. I accidentally turned on the garbage disposal looking for a light and a very strong smell of vomit filled the room. I looked into the drain and it is full of waste. The TVs are not upgraded and barely work. The overall condition of the hotel is filthy. There are several others in the area, don’t choose this one."

"Great hotel with suites and 1-2 bedroom rooms, great for family. Indoor pool hours are 10am-10pm, they also have a great gym setup & hot delicious breakfast included. We had a little staycation here And it was perfect!"

"I have been a regular guest for this hotel for the last 7 years. Year after year is becoming worse. Example: alarm clock and phones disappeared from rooms No extra toilet papers are available. You need to call to request Rooms are not that clean anymore. Kitchen not clean. Recently, water has been dropping off the roof to the closet and bed. Although they changed my room with an upgrade. But as Mariott, they should inspect and have regular maintenance, and don't wait to the guest to complain Front desk staff are not friendly like before. I decided not to use this hotel anymore"
