Reviews
"Very nice, and helpful staff."
"Fantastic team to work with! We've worked with them for several workshops regarding immigration with our students and staff. Very thorough workshops and experiences! I definitely recommend them for resources, resettlement, and assisting with ensuring our foreign-born/refugee/immigrant community members transition into the area."
"Dropped off a donation of dishes for the institute's program of helping immigrants settle in homes. They make it easy. Call first to set up an appointment."
"Ive tried to work with iib but they keep Giving me the runaround basically sending in a circle and not trying to work with me! Caseworkers are disrespectful and hang up in your face while you’re speaking They are of course going to try to say that it was different you know how stuff like this works Wish I knew who was actually funding IBb because I have like a lot of complaints The new caseworkers here are unprofessional And not reliable"
"Absolutely useless organisation. Advocates are unprofessional, irresponsible, zero help. English classes, hm... can't even describe, probably classes are only for some people, not for everyone. Help with job searching same, zero. Even translators are useless, they charge $50.00 per paper and it takes forever to reach them, and they not return your call in 1 business days as they have to. Overall it's very very bad, the only people who gets help is Arabic, if you have no one to help, don't think that they will. I don't understand why all these people are there, what for? I will definitely not recommend."
