"Rooms are standard Quality inn style and cleanliness. The service at this place, however, leaves a lot to be desired. I booked three rooms and was charged a deposit fee which the front desk was relunctant to return until I called. Then I was charged twice for a room and when I called no apology or recognition for their mistake was ever made. All in all this place doesnt deserve my business. The place is ok but front desk service is mediocre and absolutely deficient is customer care."

"We checked in to get 8 hours of sleep on our way from Indiana to Maine. After unwinding for an hour I found a cockroach crawling on my drink. Immediately after killing it I noticed three more scurrying away on the floor. We were moved to a different room and offered an insulting $20 discount. Despite the name on the sign, there is nothing “Quality” about being charged nearly full price for the hassle of insect infestation, the time we took to ensure our new room was cockroach-free and the very poor experience. I recommend avoiding this hotel."

"Stopped on an overnight so we just needed a place to stay. It looks like the room was renovated, but the rest of the hotel was definitely not. However, even with the renovations, the room was dirty and smelled like smoke - the shower floor was black/brown stained, there were stains on the wall and on the tile and bathtub. Everything says "no smoking", but the room and hallways just smelled like smoke. For those who have mobility issues - they do not have an elevator. Dog friendly, though they did not have that we had dogs (even though we booked through their website), so you apparently have to tell them that when you arrive. It's not built into the price you originally paid. $30/dog. The front desk people were very nice and helped us out with a broken TV. No complaints on them at all. Breakfast was alright - I have dietary restrictions so was hoping for at least decent eggs, but they were not good sadly. Husband said that the waffles were great though."

"We stopped for a last minute overnight to our final destination. We checked in without reservation at 2am and the staff was extremely friendly and quick to get us to our well deserved rest. The rooms were newly renovated and clean. The mattresses are a little bit stiff but slept like babies. Breakfast was good for a Continental breakfast with yummy waffles. I wish they would be more environmental conscious and avoid so much waste. Overall a good stay at a good hotel, can recommend to anyone."
