Jon has a very calming, positive excellent way with dogs. He crates dogs when they come so there isn't chaos with dogs running around which creates a very calm soothing atmosphere. "I had my cat, Toulouse, groomed here today by Jon and he did amazing! He was able to brush out the mats that had gathered by my cat’s tail and he came home smelling great! The little bow tie he came home in was adorable as well! Toulouse did not seem stressed or scared at all during pickup and actually seemed to be enjoying himself so I will definitely be bringing him back!"
