"I went in looking for specific items. I circle the store trying to find them. I usually get greeted by the associates but didn't on this trip. They all appeared to be busy. I came upon a young man name James. I had asked him if he could help me. He was very fimiliar with the products I wanted & made suggestions on which product to purchase. I then asked him if he could also help me in finding a particular cat condo as there weren't any on the shelves. He stated he'll check in the back. A few minutes later he came out with the item that I wanted. I was so happy that they had it in stock. I wanted to praise this young man for his help & professionalism.
