"We arrived early and didn't expect a room to be ready till 3pm check-in time, as stated on the website. Staff knew we were waiting but had to follow up on status a couple of times and ultimately change rooms to worse view in order to check-in sooner (by 4:30pm ish). We had dinner reservations and needed time to get ready. I feel like once they knew we were waiting (by 2pm) they should have been cleaning our designated room rather than giving us a lesser room."
"We stayed at the Lodge for our anniversary and they made it a very special experience for us. Andrew at the front desk was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Room service was top notch and the room was perfect and clean. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!"
"Stayed overnight to celebrate a birthday, we stayed in a lodge suite and the room was as nice as expected. The check in wasn't ideal and our room faced the top of the valet overhang when there was a lot of vacancy in the suites facing the golf course. We were also randomly charged an additional $4 from the wet bar even though we didn't touch anything. We also had to bring all of our stuff to our car (in the valet parking lot) before going to our spa appointments in the same building, which seemed very odd logistically for guests."
"Great environment to have a relax and wonderful time with so much excitement. Rooms are beautiful also have a hot tub with pool to enjoy your time away from home. I also experienced a beautiful wedding while I enjoyed a kids birthday party. Highly recommend"
"This place was super clean and upscale. I loved walking into a bar area with views of the back lawn where weddings are held. The staff were very accommodating and were super helpful and nice. Bathrooms were super clean and well lit. Cozy, business casual setting. You could meet there for drinks with your boss and co workers. I do t have any photos because the wedding was unplugged and we wanted to respect the bride and groom’s wishes."
