"Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, the shuttle was very prompt, and the room was very clean and well kept. I will definitely stay here again."
"Fell asleep good until about 11:30pm but was woken up at 2am with barking dog and inconsiderate neighbors. Talking very loud for hours into the morning and loud TV. That is why I rated room a 3 stars. Maybe next time we'll pick a room on the 2nd floor instead of the first floor. I did tell the shuttle driver from La Quinta later that afternoon about the noise. He told me to call the front desk next time, and the front desk can send security. Very polite and friendly staff. We did stay a second night, and it was a lot better, no noise."
"Stayed at this hotel during a conference at the Turning Stone. The entire staff was great and tended to our needs as they should. The front desk ladies were colorful and fun. The shuttle service to and from the casino was fast and the pickup was only about a 3 minute wait! Rooms and entire facility was spic and span too! Will visit again!"
"Lovely place if you find yourself in Verona. One of the best hotel staffs I have encountered. Everybody was pleasant and helpful, and many went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms are clean and pretty standard. Poll and spa are lovely and we maintained. Free shuttle service to and from the nearby casino."
"Everything was fine except the breakfast. For the price per night I expected a car better breakfast. Only hot item you could get was pancakes, toast or a bagel. The staff is helpful and friendly as they should be. The shuttle was nice to the casino."
