"Upon filling out a pre-check in via text, I answered all the questions honestly, including that I had a current bronchial issue. I showed up at my appointment, the staff was impeccably beautiful and kind. The nurse did her thing weighed me and took my blood pressure, I told her I had a bit of a bronchial issue. She asked me if I would mind wearing a mask and of course, I said I would put a mask on, and did so. Turns out that Jared King, the doctor, who was supposed to see me, refused to see me, because I had a bronchial issue. The first thing I want to say, is that if we were both wearing a mask, that right there is proof that the masks don’t work. He was weary because he has two small children. I also understand that he’s going on vacation. I wonder where he can go where absolutely no one has an illness that his precious family might encounter. Why bother having a patient fill out a form if no one‘s going to look at it. It’s an hour and 10 minute drive for me one way. I politely asked one of the staff to please ask Dr. King to speak to me behind the plexiglass protection, so that he could explain to me why, if we’re both wearing masks, he couldn’t see me… He refused to speak to me. He also refused to put it in writing, or have someone else put it in writing, why he refused to see me especially if we’re both wearing a mask (and I have been on antibiotics for about four days or so). I ended up having a severe anxiety attack in the waiting area afterwards, and I must say that the girls were wonderful and very understanding, They were even able to get me an appointment, not until December, at another facility with different doctor. But as far as I’m concerned, I wouldn’t recommend this hypocrite to anyone. Someone should’ve gotten back to me after I did the check in electronically ,(days earlier) and disclosed the fact that I had a bronchial infection, which I’ve been being treated for for several days. Stop treating every illness like it’s life-threatening covid. Don’t be a doctor if you’re a scaredy-cat."
