If they were upfront and decided from the jump they didn't want to do my chairs and couch. JUST SAY SO! Why waste a potential customers time. They must feel like every opportunity is a dime a dozen. You only have a narrow window to when it comes working with a client. If you are acting like this before you get my service what will you do after you have my money and items. Good luck!
