"First things first, I live in the neighborhood and there’s a lot of furniture stores around this specific area and I hate myself for not reading their reviews beforehand. So please everyone take a minute and read!!! So I went in and showed the guy with the glasses the bed I wanted.. he showed me on his iPad it was the correct one and I decided to get it… delivery date was the correct date at least but I DID not get the original bed I asked for. Which if you read the reviews a lot of other people say they don’t receive what they asked for. I was very upset because not only did I spend a thousand but them as a furniture store should be more responsible and not mess up peoples orders. Anyways, I go back the next day to see if I can return or exchange and the guy who sold me the bed said no that it was impossible, he started to get mad and said it was my fault for not double checking. and that the bed they gave me was more expensive than the one I originally asked for and that I should just keep it. which was a lie. I went back and forth to at least get the headboard I wanted. So please everyone do not buy from here. Their furniture is cheap and there is a 95% chance you will not receive what you asked for. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. Save yourself the time & spend a little more if you have to as long as it’s in a store that will provide exactly what you want. My biggest mistake was not doing my research or even reading the reviews!!!!!!! All they do is lie and steal your money so please do not buy from this business!"

"Im going to give this review in english and spanish so all my latino people can understand. Please do not purchase anything from this store. The sales man with the glasses sold us a bed frame for 680$ , and then delivered a 400$ bed. When we went to ask for a change of bed or refund, the 4 eyed freak said its our fault for not checking what was being delivered. The owner is an absolute donut, please avoid this scam of a place. Porfavor no hagan compras aqui. Compramos una cama a 680$ y el vendedor nos delivrio una cama de 400$ . Y cuando intentamos reclamar, nos dijo que era nuestra culpa por no ver lo que estan dejando. No gasten su dinero aqui con el vendedor ladron de 4 ojos y el dueño que es un ojete"

"I would give them zero stars if I could. I placed an order and they delivered my furniture a week later than promised. They never pick up the phone and when they do, they tell you the driver would be there in an hour or two and they never show up. It doesn't matter how much you paid, they are just a waste of time and money. When they arrived they brought me the wrong furniture color. Days later, the driver came back with the right color but he came by himself and asked me to help him to take the furniture up to my apartment because he didn't have a helper. I paid them a delivery fee for a reason. Besides that, the furniture quality is terrible. The furniture was really dusty and when I tried to wipe down one of them and the color came off right away! I won't buy there ever again and would not recommend them to anyone."

"I ordered a seasonal and a bed from them and it was exactly what I saw on the picture. They gave me an estimated time for delivery and they actually arrived at the scheduled time. I have nothing negative to say about them. Elizabeth and Martha treat their customers with respect and dedication. One thing I would recommend you guys is to fix the phone system. It is very hard to get in contact with you guys, but not impossible. Also, thanks to the delivery guys for assembling my bed and couch :)."
