"This is a predatory business that fail to explain to customers their procedure of buying furniture with credit. Once I signed and gave a $150 down payment not one penny went toward the price of the bedroom set i purchased which was supposed to be $1899 with tax and delivery. Please read the fine print on the receipt which says once purchased you cant cancel even before its delivered and cant return. Turns out they use a 3rd party lender called Kornerstone which has ridiculous fees and considers your purchase a lease. If I don't pay within 6 months the 1899 bedroom set which I already lost $150 in fees that did not go toward thr balance ends up costing me $4300. Even though I plan on paying before the 6 months im still going to end up paying 2200 with the additional fees plus the 150 I initially gave as a down payment. Do NOT buy from this place unless you're paying in cash and in full because its a predatory business taking advantage of customers. The person at the store didn't explain any of this, I was unable to cancel before delivery even after I expressed anger toward the additional fees discovered once Kornerstone contacted me so I ended up paying hundreds more than thr bedroom set is worth. In my opinion this furniture store is operated by underhanded thieves who fail to inform customers they will be paying hundreds more if they finance using their lender. In addition when I purchased the furniture they delivered days after agreed and they dont answer the business phone. They use a whatsapp number and if its regarding questionable businesses practices the inquiry is ignored"
