I had asked Allen if he could reupholster a chair that I had. He agreed and I picked out a particular fabric with his sister Mimi which I wanted my chair to be covered in. When he delivered a chaise for me, they picked up my chair. when my husband picked up the chair and took a picture of it for my review and it was not the material I chose. I called Allen and to my surprise, he yelled at me, hung up on me countless time then sent me to voicemail. He said it was my fault that I should of spoken to him instead of his sister Mimi which is who I deal with all the time. I issued a charge back for my money and not only did he lie and tell the credit card company I was happy with my purchase, they also forged my signature on the invoice and the credit card receipt. I thought we had a relationship and understanding. I guess I was wrong. I was treated so rudely and I felt so very disrespected. After all the money I spent with Allen, you think I would have deserved a little more. The fabric on the chair holds dirt and stains and is hard to clean. The workmanship is of poor quality and after two rentals it is falling apart from the seems. Baby Shower craft ribbon around the chair. SERIOUSLY???"

"This is the worse place you can buy the furniture. The cheap price comes with a price of not having good customer service. My furniture had problem when they delivered it but the sweet talk man "Alan" told me he will be back with appropriate person to fix the issue. Week passed, even month passed, now its been more than 3 months, he never showed up for the problem... This man... I never should have believed him and fall for his sweet talk. He does not even pick up the phone call and if he does he will be very busy since he got paid already. Alan does not stand behind his product. Its like China brands. You buy, you fix..."
