"Went for hearing aids. Was seen promptly, had the test and then we discussed hearing aids and comparing between the difference between the models. She didn’t hype up the difference attempting to get you to buy the more expensive options. Picked the model I wanted and a few days later I received a phone call that my hearing aids are in and to come in to be fitted. Again wait time was short. We went through maintaining them, pairing them with my phone, showing me the features and making sure the ear tips fit correctly. Have a follow up in three weeks."
