"I have never had an outstanding service experience from a scheduling staff until now. I called this location for an appointment and Lenore was the staff who received my call. She's professional , collected and accommodating . She found out that my prescription wasn't in the system however I realized that it might not have been authorized yet by the insurance. She told me to call again and look for her . Since she had already pulled my information, i don't have to go through the registration/appointment process again. I was very impressed."

"Accompanied my husband to a test here. We were told to be there 20 minutes early. Waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes past our appointment time. Though I am my husband’s healthcare proxy and his patient advocate, I was rudely told that the room was too small and I had to wait outside, completely disregarding my husband’s wish for someone to be in the room with him. In addition, paperwork was not sent prior to the appointment, staff was whispering about us in plain sight. Overall an unpleasant experience."
