"The staff were friendly. However, they need to improve their check-in process (e.g., tablet sign-in). I waited 20 minutes to check in! The front-desk employee was handling many tasks at once so no one was dedicated solely to the front-desk/check-in. I've never had this experience at other LHR facilities. Afterwards, I was in and out. The best part of LHR is that you can have X-rays as a walk-in."

"I am satisfied with my visit but the only problem I had and I was a little concerned was when the nurse put in the IV in my arm. It was very painful during and after the technician took it out. I had to ice it for a few days. The area was swollen and looked black and blue. This had never happened to me before and I had several IVS done in the past. Apart from that my experience was good."

"I went to get a bone density scan on October 31, 2023. I have yet to get my results. The technician was new as the technician who did my mammogram was teaching her how to enter the information in the computer. When I called to inquire today about what happened, I was told that they sent my results were sent to my provider as I was speaking about this matter. I found it easy to get an appointment, and I found the staff nice, but not having your results for over 2 months very poor patient care. You could have a tumor and not know it where you could have lost the opportunity to have treatment. Very poor patient care! On top of that you can't even call the facility where it happened, you have to speak to a contact center and all they do is take you phone number and tell you someone will get back to you. Again Very Poor Patient Care!"

"The facility was extremely Clea, let’s start there. The Staff was Amazing, from the ladies at the front desk, to the technician that did my mammogram for me. They were also personable, nice, sweet, warm hearted. I felt extremely comfortable, and getting back to that technician, I was so worried about the pain of getting a mammogram, but I was tense, and she kept reassuring me and a nice sweet boys that I was going to be fine. It is going to be OK. What I recommend this facility absolutely."
