"Never had any issues the times I have been here. Efficient and friendly front desk staff and medical assistants, clean offices and excellent, patient technicians. Why don’t some people not understand that is NORMAL to have to WAIT at most health facilities even if you have an appointment?!"

"I should have believed the reviews, they’re all true. They make you arrive 20 minutes before your appointment and then make you wait over 30 minutes PAST your appointment time! I’m still waiting as I’m writing this, who knows how long I’ll be here Edit: updated to 3 stars only cause the techs were nice"

"Great experience from beginning to end. Greeted by security and both front desk personnel, they were friendly and prompt. I don't look forward to Mri's nor IT'S, but my radiology tech and nurse were both extremely experienced in their field, cause no pain at all and had excellent beside manner which helped my experience tremendously. Best Mri experience."

"I went for an ultrasound did all the questions on line before getting there my appt was at 3:10 incase I didn't do the form on line my actual appt was for 3:30 so I sat down waited for 45 min i told the lady in the front that 11 people came and left and I'm still hear at 4:15 finally they called my name by that time I have already ask for another appt. The lady said that everybody is here for a different modality and I said and you must think that the patient is dumb i have been waiting for an hr. I will never go back again!"
