"Do not order same day printing services from this location. I placed an online order for invitations at 8:00 AM due to the convenience and guarantee of receiving them the same day. As stated on the website, as long as an order is placed before 2pm, you will be able to pickup the same day. Well 6:00 pm rolls around a couple hours before closing and I still hadn’t received an update on my order. I called and the person I spoke to made an excuse that they had too many orders to get done today… (I placed my order 10 hours ago)!! All I would ask for is some form of communication that my order wasn’t going to be completed in the same day or there’s going to be a delay. Absolutely horrible customer service and lazy employees."
"My wife went to this location to drop off a package for ups and my wife was next in line and a lady behind her walks up to the lady behind the counter trying to cut in front of her and the lady in the counter tells the person “oh let me take her she just has one thing”. So my wife goes next and the lady behind the counter tells my wife to get the ups code and my wife has to pull it up on her phone as she is doing that the lady behind the counter tells the person that tried to cut in line “oh I’m sorry I thought she would be quick” in front of my wife. My 7 month pregnant wife felt disregarded completely by this employee and including all the extra charges we have gotten trying to print things here we have half a mind to not come back. Unfortunate because this is our local staples and although we can disregard the printing charges issues as machine errors I can’t look past this type of attitude towards my wife."
