"Let me begin by saying thank you to Mike and Andrea and the rest of the team at Pet Passages. From the time I arrived with Jack to the day I picked him up and beyond they have been so understanding, comforting, and compassionate. I arrived with Jack in my arms, where I was immediately greeted with complete compassion. They first took the two of us into one of the private rooms, where they consoled me and allowed me to morn for as long as I needed to. This has been the most difficult thing I've ever had to deal with. I can't begin to tell you how much I loved my little baby and how difficult it's been to go through all this. Mike and Andrea have been making this journey for me as easy and comforting as humanly possible. They really are angels. The whole team at Pet Passages are amazing. The process was great, receiving guidance and understanding the moment they took possession of Jack. The moment his information was entered into the system, I received the emails directing me to the Pet Parents Gateway, where I was able to see, in real time, Jack's status throughout the entire process. The thing that really stood out to me once I was logged in were the tools supplied that allowed me to create an obituary or tribute to Jack. And especially access to grief support information. I never felt so much love and attachment between myself and my dog/my baby/my best friend. Jack may be gone, but his love for me and my love for Jack will FOREVER remain in my heart. God brought us together, and has briefly separated us, but some day God will bring us back together again."
