"Every year my family and I attend the Hertel trick or treating event on Hertel. Usually they shut down that part of the street to traffic so that families can safely enjoy trick or treating for 2 hours. I heard today that Hertel Home Consignment started a petition to keep traffic going on the street because they feared they would lose business. Pretty sickening that they care more about having cars flying down hertel than the safety of families for a mere 2 hours. Never again will I go to this place or any of the other businesses that joined this petition. They should be ashamed of themselves."
