"I had my first visit last week and it was very pleasant. Mike the p.a. was very nice. He even got the doctor who was very busy, to come in and take the time out of his busy schedule to see me. DOCTOR buscaglia was so nice and i greatly appreciate him coming in to talk to me.. he spent alot of his time with me.. thank you to both of you very much."

"I was taking my mother in law to see him. After her sleep study it took almost 2 months to get her CPAP. When we went for her follow up we waited 2 hours in the waiting room and then he had no idea why we were there. Then he didn't have her test results. He called while we were in the room and got them. After giving us the script for her CPAP I had to work together with Buffalo CPAP (who were awesome) to call his office over and over because they just kept claiming they did not have her sleep study results to send them. I finally just called Sleep Insights myself. They had faxes her results to the doctors office 5 times. Needless to say, I said, forget it, don't send it to them, send it straight to Buffalo CPAP. Now I am changing her pulmonologist. Dr. Buscaglia's office staff was always pleasant and maybe this was a system error but the medical system is hard enough without me and two other companies needing to make 20 follow up calls to get needed medical equipment."
