"We had a couch delivered back on 10/28. A huge gash was taken out of the material in the back by the delivery men, and they weren't even going to say anything until I mentioned it. So they took a picture and sent it to their repair person to take a look to see if it could be fixed or if they would provide a new couch. He came in November to take a look and said it would take 2-3 weeks to get the parts in. So it's January 12, I've called the repair guy a couple of times, and he said D&B was supposed to check on it and get back to me or him and he would put a note on his desk to remind him to follow up. He said if you don't hear anything by Tuesday this week, call me. I didn't call because, frankly, I'm sick of it and thought I might get a response if I wrote a negative review. It's sad if that is what it takes. We love the couch and loveseat and tables and had an excellent purchasing experience at the Clay location. But the customer service we have received in the last few months is unacceptable. It's unfortunate that this review had to be written."
