"The staff at this store are rude! Go to any other rent-a-center or go to Aarons! It took these guys several days to get back to me. I had a phone call set up at 11 AM. They were supposed to call me, and they never did! I popped up at the store; they were chilling around eating Burger King! Could no one have called? Still, I filled out all this paperwork, waiting for them to call my references. They never did! I called back frustrated, and they denied my application! How are you mad that a customer got upset because I have to chase you all around?! You guys work in sales, so make the deal instead of being unhelpful and rude. I went to Aarons the same day, got approved, and delivered! Save yourself the hassle of these guys. Go to Aarons or another rent-a-center!"
