I paid $4k for over priced England couch and Loveseat and they're THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE couches I have ever had and they refused to replace them and tried to twist the issue back onto me, saying that "it's a comfort issue and they don't have a comfort guarantee." Never again! ***You are WARNED!***"

"The salesman had better things to do and rushed the sale. He had to get to his pool he told my wife and myself. I bought a $3000 mattress, and both of us have back pain every single night, even after reassuring us it is a top of the line mattress. I tried to give my business to a local store and got it where it hurts. We will never walk into that store again."
